Job Description



  • Perform daily inspection, supervision, maintenance of the facility and cleanliness
  • Maintain records and daily submission of reports
  • Ensure the check-in and check-out processes of residents are done expeditiously and seamlessly
  • Respond to residents’ queries and concerns expeditiously
  • Manage and enforce in-house rules and regulations
  • Induct and orientate new residents on house rules, points of contact and services
  • Conduct room inspection during check-ins and check-outs of residents


  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Certified in M&E and/or Facility Management will be advantageous
