Chief Executive Officer
Shamkumar heads the Group since co-founding TS Group in 2013. He started his career as an RSAF fighter pilot and served on tours in Australia as an instructor. His passion for society’s underserved led him to start TS Food which was a healthy and affordable meal service for the foreign worker community in Singapore. Shamkumar exerts his considerable expertise towards expanding the Group’s portfolio throughout Singapore, Malaysia, and the rest of Asia.
Chief Operating Officer
Tome co-founded the Group and brings with him 25 years of business and management experience. Tome has started, headed, and held leadership positions throughout various investment, construction, and development companies in Singapore, Malaysia and China. As the resident engineer of TS Group, Tome holds an Executive MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Queens University of Belfast.
Project Director
Subramani brings nearly 20 years of facility management expertise to TS Group, honed by managing dormitories for Jayafront, BCA, SCAL, Shell, PSA and Exxon Mobile. Subramani’s leadership positions include serving as Operations Director of JYC-NCL and Exxon’s Kaki Bukit Hostel and Jurong Island Dormitory. Subramani was also a former Police Station Inspector. He holds a General Cert of Education and Malaysian Cert of Education.
