At the event held at Suntec Convention Centre on 12th Sep 2018 co-organized by MOM, MWC and Dormitory Association. TS Group was recognized for actively engaging our residents to co-create a conducive living environment.
We received 2 awards from Mr. Zaqy Mohammad, Minister of State for Manpower for Tuas View Dormitory and DDJV Dormitory.

National youth council Singapore and the ministry of culture, community and youth visited Tuas View Dormitory. TVD Ambassadors brought the 50 young Singaporeans on a tour of the dormitory followed by a successful dialogue session.
Residents at TVD celebrated the National Day Carnival on Sunday, 12th August 2018. It was a Carnival incorporation with National Day where the residents had a taste of Kampong Games that were played in the 50s and 60s.. There were other games such as mini basketball and many more.. However, the all time favourite was riding the Rodeo Bull! The residents had a fun-filled and enjoyable Sunday..

Beside the entertainment of songs and dances, we also had a “Largest Message Board made of Thank You Notes” for Singapore Book of Records (SBOR) for all foreign workers out there. The message was mainly thanking them for their wonderful contribution to Singapore. This message was written from schools, members of public and all those who would like to say thank you to them.
Overall, it was a fun filled event with lots of entertainment and partner booths.
TS Group’s annual Hari Raya Celebration for residents received a tremendous response last June, with attendance numbering in the thousands. Amid a festive atmosphere, residents eagerly showcased their talents with live song and dance performances alongside guest artists. Sharing traditional goodies, residents enjoyed Hari Raya as one community.
TS Group organised a Labour Day celebration in recognition of residents’ hard work and workplace contributions. Held at the theatre, a live entertainment programme included song numbers performed by residents as well as a magic show that was greatly enjoyed by all.
A team of Tuas View cricket enthusiasts competed at a match jointly organised by Nanyang NPC and Singapore Contractors Association Limited or SCAL. Held at SCAL Recreation Centre’s cricket field, the team — seen here in matching TS Group jerseys – competed with the sponsorship and support of the group. Go team!
To promote active living and sportsmanship, friendly sepak takraw and futsal games are held regularly by various TS Group dormitories.
