FACILITY SUPPORT EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Act as the administrative point of contact between the managers/executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondences
- Handle managers’/executives’ requests and queries appropriately
- Perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including but not limiting to invoicing, data entry, document filling & management, and overseeing goods flow
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office
- Assist and ensure smooth check-in/out processes and room transfers of residents
- Liaise with Marketing Department and managing room assignments and allocations
- Liaise with Procurement Department to ensure timely closure of all service and purchase requests
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Monitor office supplies
- Handle accounts payable function
- Take on other administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma with 2 years of working experience or Degree
- Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational skills and meticulous
