Job Description



  • Act as the administrative point of contact between the managers/executives and internal/external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondences
  • Handle managers’/executives’ requests and queries appropriately
  • Perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including but not limiting to invoicing, data entry, document filling & management, and overseeing goods flow
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the office
  • Assist and ensure smooth check-in/out processes and room transfers of residents
  • Liaise with Marketing Department and managing room assignments and allocations
  • Liaise with Procurement Department to ensure timely closure of all service and purchase requests
  • Monitor office supplies
  • Handle accounts payable function
  • Take on other administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager


  • Diploma with 2 years of working experience or Degree
  • Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organizational skills and meticulous
